ZhiShip 智运 (the “Service”) is a business-to-business shipping management platform operated by DUI Cloud (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Questions are always welcome at xiaobabao0807@gmail.com.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, company name, and role, provided when a workspace administrator creates or invites an account.
• Shipment data — sender and recipient names, addresses, phone numbers, package details, and customs information that you enter to create shipments.
• Billing records — prepaid balance activity, transactions, and statement reconciliation records generated by your use of the Service.
• Usage and log data — IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the Service: rate comparison, label generation, tracking, billing.
• To send transactional email (see Section 3).
• To respond to support requests.
• To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Email Practices

We send transactional email only — for example account invitations, password and security notices, and service notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional email, and we never purchase, rent, or scrape email address lists. An account invitation email is sent only when an authenticated administrator explicitly invites a specific person. To stop receiving email from us, contact xiaobabao0807@gmail.com and we will permanently suppress your address.

4. How We Share Information

• Carriers and logistics providers (for example UPS, FedEx, USPS, and partner logistics networks) — strictly the shipment data needed to quote, create, and transport your shipments.
• Infrastructure providers — the Service runs on Amazon Web Services; data is processed and stored in AWS data centers in the United States.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

5. Data Security

All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to production data is restricted by role-based access controls and least-privilege infrastructure policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; we will honor the request subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses browser storage and session tokens solely to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing xiaobabao0807@gmail.com.

9. Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
